Research shows that our head, gut and heart brain each influence our decisions. A research paper demonstrated that this questionnaire is both valid and reliable for the influence of our head brain (analytical/cognitive), heart (emotional/affective), and gut (intuition).
We have a tendency to use one brain more than another in our daily decisions, perhaps out of habit or comfort. Whether you are a leader in an organization or making key decisions in your personal life, balancing the influence of all three brains has benefits.

A culturist is an advocate of culture or of a particular method of cultivating mind or body. My method is the Emotion Chef. Everything I teach is supported by research, papers, and books written by neuroscientists, psychologists and others in the scientific world. What can I say, I am a nerd at heart.
I live in Northern California with my husband and two fur babies. Learning, teaching and speaking are my passions. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, along with travel.
